Welcome to BODHIFY ONLINE EDUCATION (OPC) PVT. LTD. operating as BODH – Learn Beyond Limits. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform, including
Academic Support Classes (ASC), Anyone-Anytime-Anyskill learning, Blogs, and Events. By enrolling in or engaging with any of our services, you agree to abide by
the following terms.

1. General Terms

  • BODH provides one-on-one and group learning sessions in both academic support and skill-based training.
  • All students and instructors must adhere to professional conduct during sessions. Any violations will be handled strictly.
  • The instructor-student relationship is strictly professional. A coordinator from BODH manages privacy, security, and issue resolution to ensure a safe learning environment.
  • BODH reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to students or instructors violating policies.

2.Registration & Enrollment

  • Students must provide accurate and complete details during registration.
  • A demo class is offered before full enrollment. Upon confirmation, students and instructors must sign an agreement approved by the CEO.
  • The duration of learning depends on the selected program (ASC or Skill Learning) and individual student requirements.

3. Flexible Timings & Rescheduling [Exclusively One on One Classes]

  • Classes for each week are scheduled every Sunday.
  • If a student or instructor needs to reschedule a session, they must inform the coordinator in advance. The coordinator will adjust the schedule based on mutual convenience.
  • Frequent cancellations or no-shows may affect a student’s eligibility for continued learning.

Note : For Personalized group classes, we may not provide high flexibility in timings but we assure to consider your issue and solve with alternate possible ways to keep you track with learnings.

4.Privacy & Security

  • BODH ensures complete privacy for all students and instructors.
  • A coordinator monitors and resolves issues related to misconduct, poor teaching quality, or any concerns raised by students.
  • If a student has complaints about an instructor, BODH will review the case and take appropriate action, including replacing the instructor if necessary.

5. Payment Policy

  • Payments must be completed before starting classes if it’s a one time payment.
  • ASC students must pay for a full month in advance. Payments and documentation are processed together before class commencement.
  • Skill Learning students pay based on their selected learning hours.
  • BODH offers a "pay in parts" option for Skill Learning students. Where students need to strictly follow the time line and if delayed , classes will be kept on hold.
  • Payment details are outlined in each student’s agreement, and fees are non-transferable.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For ASC Students:
  • Cancellations are not allowed once payment is made for the month. Students must attend classes for that month or can postpone the classes.
  • If a student needs to reschedule a session, they must inform the coordinator in advance. The coordinator will reschedule the session based on mutual convenience.
  • If an instructor is unavailable, BODH will assign a new instructor.
For Skill Learning Students:
  • Cancellations are not encouraged. Once a student confirms enrollment and payment is made, cancellations should be avoided.
  • No refunds will be issued after the payment is processed unless specified below.
  • If a student chooses to discontinue learning midway, the refund policy will apply as follows:
    • If 35% or less of the total sessions have been completed, only 50% of the remaining session fee will be refunded.
    • If more than 35% of the total sessions have been completed, no refund will be provided.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 days after approval.
  • If in case an instructor becomes unavailable due to any serious issue , BODH will either assign a new instructor or issue a refund for the remaining sessions (only if a replacement instructor cannot be arranged).
  • Students who cancel before completing the required sessions for a skill will not receive certification, as certification is based on completion and performance.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

7. Certification Policy

  • Skill Learning students will receive a performance-based certification upon completing their learning program.
  • Certification is only issued to students who complete the required sessions and meet performance criteria.
  • Students who cancel their enrollment before completion will not be eligible for certification.

8.Projects in Skill Learning

  • Skill learning programs may include hands-on projects as part of the learning experience.
  • Project guidelines, objectives, and evaluation criteria will be communicated at the beginning of the learning period.
  • Projects must be completed within the specified duration.
  • If a project is assigned as part of skill certification, failure to complete it may affect certification eligibility.
  • BODH does not guarantee external recognition, employment, or monetary benefits for projects completed during skill learning.
  • All project work submitted remains the intellectual property of the student, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. However, BODH reserves the right to feature outstanding projects for educational or promotional purposes, with due credit to the student.
  • Instructors may guide and support project completion but will not complete projects on behalf of students.
  • Copying or submitting someone else’s project is strictly prohibited. If plagiarism is detected, students may be disqualified from certification.

9.Tests & Assessments Policy

  • Skills may require tests and assessments to evaluate student progress.
  • Students must attend all assigned tests as part of their learning program.
  • Plagiarism, cheating, or any dishonest practice during assessments will result in disqualification from certification.

10.Instructor Policies

  • Instructors must adhere to professional standards and follow BODH’s teaching guidelines.
  • BODH reserves the right to terminate or replace instructors based on student feedback or policy violations.
  • Payments to instructors are processed based on completed sessions and adherence to teaching commitments.

11.Code of Conduct

  • Any form of misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate termination from the platform.
  • All learning interactions must remain professional and educational.

12. Blogs Policy

  • BODH allows students, instructors, and guests to submit blogs for publication on our platform.
  • Content must be original and not published elsewhere.
  • Blogs should be educational, skill-based, or insightful, aligning with BODH’s mission.
  • No plagiarized, promotional, or inappropriate content will be accepted.
  • The BODH team reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject submissions without prior notice.
  • Submitted blogs remain the property of BODH, and the author will be credited accordingly.
  • Once a blog is published on BODH, the author cannot request removal unless valid reasons are provided.

13. Events Policy

  • BODH organizes webinars, workshops, and competitions for students and learners.
  • Registration for events must be completed before the specified deadline.
  • Event fees (if applicable) must be paid before the event date and are non-refundable.
  • Participants must follow event rules and guidelines as provided in event details.
  • Certificates (if applicable) will be awarded based on participation and/or performance criteria set by BODH.
  • BODH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event if necessary. In such cases, registered participants will be notified in advance.
  • Any misconduct, plagiarism, or rule violation during events will result in disqualification and potential banning from future events.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • BODH reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.li>
  • Students and instructors will be notified of major updates, and continued usage of the platform constitutes agreement with the revised terms.
